About Midwest PETS

The Rotary Midwest President-Elect Training Seminar (PETS) is one of the largest multi-district PETS in the United States.  Our goal is to offer the best learning opportunity for presidents-elect, president-elect nominees, assistant governors, and emerging leaders in a fun and interactive environment to help ensure club leaders are empowered to be successful in their role.

This event is held annually as a collaboration between Rotary International Districts 6220, 6250, 6270, 6420, 6440, and 6450 covering Illinois, Upper Michigan, and Wisconsin. By attending Midwest PETS, presidents-elect fulfill the Rotary International requirement to complete president-elect learning seminar prior to stepping into the role of club president.

Midwest PETS features exceptional speakers, interactive workshops, thoughtfully curated learning sessions for PEs, PNs, AGs, and emerging leaders and detailed district sessions. Participants experience productive networking, develop new friendships and leave inspired with a deeper understanding of why they are Rotarians.
